I've made this design before. This one was for my granddaughter's 2nd birthday. The 2 bottom layers are dummies that I saved from my cake show entry. The top was made with Wilton's new large cupcake pan. The sides are frosted with buttercream with fondant accents. The top is frosted with Bettercreme - worked great for the swirls. Samantha loved her cake!! TFL!!
