This Guy recently turned 21, he has his south african championship colours in both classical music and kick boxing, we cam up with this cake for his birthday celebration, a kick boxer with his certificates and medals - all gum paste sitting ontop of his grand piano - rich moist chocolate cake with fondant, black keys on piano and the side decorations are all royal icing.
