This was my very first attempt at hand-carving a cake. It was a lot of work, but I'm pretty satisfied with the end result (my eye still catches the flaws though). I had to use Red Choco Pan because my local cake supply store was out of Stain Ice, so that was a big downfall. I'm not a personal fan of Choco Pan, but it's all I could get my hands on. The cake is WASC and filled with whipped strawberry buttercream.
