This is a madhatter course that Daryl made when he attended the madhatter course through planet cake in Sydney Australia. THere were only 6 others in the class, everyone makes the same cake, just in different colours. Bottom tier is an almond mud cake and top tier is rich chocolate mud cake covered in ganache and then fondant. All feedback welcomed.
