A birthday cake for my 8 year old cousin. She wanted cats on the top tier and dogs on the bottom so this is what I came up with. The cake is iced in buttercream with buttercream accents. The tree is made of tootsie roll and the dogs and cats are toys (she likes to take the toys from birthday cakes home with her!)
