The customer wanted cake truffles but it was an 80th bday so I thought i would suggest a 6" to dress it up. She loved to collect red apple decor, that is where the 6" design came from. BC with fondant accents and marsipan apples. Carrot cake and italian cake with cannoli filling cake truffles. TFL
