Looks great. Your icing is SO smooth. How did you get the cupcake icing so smooth?

Thank you! I ice it with the round tip (12), then I run the spatula over it to remove the lines. Let it crust and use the viva paper towel to smooth it.

Are your polka dots buttercream? I am doing a cake this weekend that wants polka dots... What tip did you use?

yes, the polka dots are buttercream. Just pipe it, let it sit for a minute and then smooth with your fiinger. I used a variety of tips I think there were 3, 5, and 12
