Made this cake for my BIL's 30th birthday. It was supposed to be a total joke because he's a vegetarian. I got clearance to do it through my SIL... My BIL thought it was hilarious! While the concept was funny, I didn't get to ice it very well. I had a 7 tiered wedding the same day... came home from delivering that, crumb coated this cake and then we were off for an hour and twenty minute drive to the party... where I finished icing the cake and 48 cupcakes... with an audience!
