This wedding cake was HUGE! Over 300 guests (I had extra cake in the back) and the bride wanted the layers to have fresh hydrandgeas between them. I used hidden pillars from Wilton to get that effect and the hydrangeas hid them well. The cake was decorated with butter cream and piped with the swirl design using Wilton's swirl press patterns. I did something different with this cake as well, with a double filling of vanilla cream and raspberry. It was delicious!
