I made this for my son's 9th birthday. It is my first attempt at a scalloped top cake. Not perfect, but when he got home from school he said "this is the coolest cake I've ever seen". Gotta love that!
i cut a small wedge fron the top of my 2 layers of cake and place it upside down in between the next wedge. So the wedge that I placed on top made the peak higher. Hope that makes sense
