My mom attends a weekly scrap booking party and always has to bring a dessert, I made this for her to take one night to help her spice up her scrap booking ! It's a carrot cake with cream cheese frosting, covered with Fondant, i used cookie cut outs for the design and made a reg bow for the top. I had hoped that it would look like something that had been "scrapped booked" together. Sorry the pic is a little fuzzy, i had flour on my phone lol....
