This is my first fondant cake made for the Wilton Course 3. Although it is not perfect, I am pretty happy with the way it turned out. I used the Wilton ready to use rolled fondant. Although it was easy to work with I really do not like the taste - blech! Unfortunately I can't find Satin Ice where I live so I am going to try to make MMF to see if it tastes better.
