Hmmm, not sure where I went wrong but these are soooooooo top heavy (w/o frosting)-- I baked them in my new Noricware Ice Cream Cone Cupcake Pan.. Right after I took this pic they tumbled like dominos. Thank you to the person with the Rainbowlicious recipe from here-- MacsMom!
