This is a chocolate cake with cookie and cream filling covered with MMF. It was a rush job as it relates to Nurse Betty's body. I told my sister, that nurse betty need intensive Botox treatment, but could not do it because of the knee surgery she just had (remove bandage for photo-opp); hair loss because of the stresss of being a figure on her, my sister cake. I made head and it was dry, but body did not dry in time to put on the cake...reason for all the rocks at back. My sister is a nurse of "colour":-)!
