This is a 9", 3-layer, Doctored Devil's Food Cake, Filled with Whipped Sweetened Cream, with a Cooked Chocolate Frosting (semi-sweet Chocolate chips, half & half, butter and 10x sugar) surrounded by Cake Truffles (scratch yellow cake, mini chocolate chips, vanilla-caramel creamer, 10x sugar, dipped in chocolate wafers). This is for a friend who I'm told LOVES chocolate, so I picked this cake instead of decorating a cake.
