Thanks so much! The secret really isn't such a secret. lol I just used an extruder. As you can see in the photo, I tried it with two different settings, but with my large hands and fingers I have difficulty threading them, so with the thicker laces I cheated (I 'glued' the laces from both sides of the holes to look threaded).
