In community album: 2009 Whimsical Topsy-Turvy Cake Contest

Bayly's 9th Birthday -

Six layers, 1-6" halved white, 1-10" white (b/c filled), 1 - 8" chocolate (b/c filled), 1 half - 6" strawberry and 1-6" strawberry (b/c filled). All Fondx and Fondx accents, including Bayly's name. I was inspired by many different cakes on CC and this is what I came up with. This was a lot of fun to do and I'm excited for my next "BIG" cake - Candyland -- stay tuned next week! TFL!!

For every cake board there are 2 small dowels, supporting the next 2 layers. Straight down through the middle are two dowels, from the top layer down through the foam core base. It traveled 10 miles and the only casualty was a curl on top and I fixed that there
