Each year, since my daughter was born, I have been making her birthday cakes and they progressively get more complicated. I'm not sure what I will do for her 4th birthday yet. The trunk is mud cake and the green balls are fondant covered polystyrene balls. I used polystyrene balls to reduce the weight and no one needs that much cake!
