I was going to do some mini cakes for 2 tastings, then ran out of time, so I made cupcakes instead with different items I had extra of. I 'shot' the fillings in the middle of the cupcakes. I got one cake out of it! Yeah! There are a few different flavors represented here, choc with choc filling, yellow with raspberry filling, white with lemon fillinf, etc... oh, also almond amaretto filling inside choc - yum!
