This was a whopper of a job. Two full sheet cakes. This sheet cake was for two sisters. Communion side is pineapple cake with pineapple/buttercream filling and coconut IMBC. Birthday side pineapple cake with pineapple/buttercream filling and cream cheese buttercream icing. First time making pineapple cake. It was delicious. Kneeling Girl and Balloons are 50/50 gumpaste/fondant and flowers are royal icing.
