My First Tiered Cake
Yes!, finally I got the chance to make a tiered cake for a 50th wedding anniversary, chocolate cake with raspberry mousse filling, covered in fondant, decorations are fondant also with gold luster dust and gold ribbon around the tiers. I know it's not perfect but it was so scary to stalk and I know I need to keep practicing but I'm happy with my first attempt. TFL!
