I finally did the purse cake.This was a birthday suprise for my niece Perinur.She is 20 now.I used the tutorials here on CC and thanks to CakesCanDo ,she send me her nice purse cake's tutorial.I followed the instrucions but changed the model according to my niece's taste.The cake was very soft so it was very hard to give it a shape but very it was very delicious.I used Red Velvet cake recipe and the cream was Swiss-meringue Buttercream.Thanks for looking :-))
