Made for my brother and new SIL. Definately would have changed a few things but they loved it and it tasted great - vanilla sponge with bavarian cream. Design switch at the last minute too so couldn't get the proper supports, I improvised. The middle tier was set too far back and I worried that it would all go over... my husband and I placed a wooden dowel at the back, lucky the cake was in a corner. They also requested the rough icing look and the fruit in her wedding colors red, orange and yellow.
