Made this for the best friend of my youngest sister for her wedding. We affectionately call it the Malibu Barbie cake. Color choices were a bit odd, but it turned out decent in the end. Made a simple stencil for the "waves", bought spray color, and used design roller to give colored edges some definition. My 2nd wedding cake.
