the cake is covered and decorated with MMF. The cake was accidentally put in the fridge over night and when i took it out the next day to room temp it started to "sweat" so to say. I covered it in my cake carrier and it quickly started to pull it's self together and dry up. i was freaking out when it was sweating, the fondant began to sag. the good thing no real big problem occurred.
