This is a Wilton Puzzle cake set. The locomotive is made of low protein cupcakes; the cars are regular cake. Frosting is BC. Prepared for my son's second birthday - he is on a protein restricted diet and can't have regular cake. Tip: Bake the cupcakes in the shape you want at the end - I did the loco that way but not the cars and the loco looks better.
