This cake is one I decorated for a friends daughter's birthday, she is 13. This cake is my first attempt at an all fondant cake. The layers are chocolate, white with vanilla and rum flavoring, and strawberry. I haven't got the filling of the cakes down pat yet so I didn't try, but the customer didn't want any so that was great. All decorations are done in MMF, and because I couldn't get the MMF to do right I had to use some left over Wilton fondant, which I doctored to make it taste a little better.
