made this just for fun as one of the girls at work wanted a lemon cake. Basic sour cream cake with real lemon added to batter. Iced with high humidity wilton recipe buttercream icing, also lemon flavored. Held up well - stayed soft but was easy to smooth. Friend loved the cake.
