This Tiramisu Cheesecake was made for Father's Day. I followed a basic Cheesecake recipe with mascarpone cheese and coffee replacing Cream cheese and cream/milk. I used thinly sliced sheet cake as a base and the sides of the cake in lieu of Ladyfingers. The cake is drenched in Dark Chocolate ganosh with decorative white chocolate chips adorning the sides.
