Classic white cake with buttercream icing. Smaller version of the other teacher cake I did. For this one I used Little Debbie's Rice Krispie treats for the books and the apples then covered with buttercream icing. I used a piece of air head candy for the ruler with buttercream icing for the numbers. Again I give all the credit to Jenn123 who posted the original of this cake back in May of 06.
