The top is a 6" chocolate cake with butter cream filling, and the bottom is 9" yellow cake with chocolate butter cream filling. The loopy bow on top is fondant and gum paste mixed, and "painted" with luster dust. It's held together with chocolate melts, in red. ;) For the rope borders, I used a clay extruder gun.
