Bottom tier is Lemon and vanilla cake layers with lemon filling, middle tier is red velvet with cream cheese icing, top tier is german chocolate with coconut pecan filling. This was for an office of about 80-85 people for July birthday. Fortunately for Michael Hammy Hamstra, he was the only one with a birthday in July.
