I was asked to make a cake for my cousin who is graduating as a radiologist. He gave me a picture of a hand x-ray and told me to come up with something for it. I made a x-ray box. Inserted some little lights on the side to look like the x-ray box was on. Chocolate cake with fresh strawberry filling and hand and top edge of box is mmf. Lid is plexi glass.
