This is definitely not my best work. I do not have a lot of experience with carving cakes and found it a little difficult to get Patrick's shape right. I was also behind schedule and hurrying a bit. This was actually a graduation cake for a customer's son who adores Patrick. 12x18" carved into Patrick's shape on top of a 12x18" layer. Decorated in buttercream.
