This was my first attempt at a 3 tiered cake..not to mention my first attempt at the topsy turvy cakes! I made it for my niece's 3rd birthday. The top tier is a white almond sour cream cake with strawberry filling and the middle tier is a chocolate cake with cream filling, the bottom tier is a strawberry cake with cream cheese filling. It was a blast to make and can't wait for the next challenge!
