Excellent execution ... I believe I have seen this cake in a Collette Peters book. My daughter was actually looking at it for her wedding cake -- thankfully she went with something much smaller. Beautifully done!! :D

Thanks for the wonderful words! This was to feed 234. It is buttercream icing with chocolate work and fondant flowers.
