Guacamole anyone? I did this wedding cake for my daughter's teacher. She was having an intimate wedding and wanted something whimsical. The green turned out a little more green than I wanted..next time I would start with a yellow base and add just a drop of green. 1st tier is 10" and 2nd tier is 8"..each has 3 layers of vanilla cake. Iced in BC with fondant flowers.
