Ok my hat goes off to all of you who do such a great job with covering your cakes with fondant. I wasn't very happy at all with my experience with the fondant. But learn a great deal on how to put that stuff on. I was happy although with my ending result. Cake was 8" 12" and 14". Top was white with raspberry mouse, middle was chocolate with Carmel Cream Cheese mouse and bottom was carrot cake. Thanks for looking.
