This cake gave me fits. My AC went out and my poor window unit was struggling to keep up. The icing wanted to stay soft and nothing wanted to set up. All in all I do like it, but would love to remake it in a properly air conditioned environment. 12/9 stack, white cake with 1/2 strawberry 1/2 lemon filing. Iced in buttercream with fondant overlay and cross. PinkCandy pearls.
