This is a 1/2 sheet cake for the office to announce/celebrate a sales contest. (We went to Cancun!) Sand is crushed vanilla wafers, graham crackers, and brown sugar. Palm trees are pretzels w/fondant leaves (held in place with melted chocolate). Blankets, hats, flip flops are fondant. Water is piping gel. Margaritas are candles without the wick. Cake was frosted with a buttercream with some cocoa to give it a light brown color.
