Thanks to Adven68 for teaching me to make the cover at the NYC DoS and also to kansaswolf for her cream cheese-based fondant recipe which was out of this world good (although it was a b#@%h to work with). lol The cake was (requested by mil) hummingbird covered in white chocolate cream cheese bc and cream cheese fondant. I received compliments left and right, even from my husband (again). Mil was very happy! A small cake for a small gathering and another learning experience.
