My friends surprise 30th b-day cake. It was a deep chocolate cake with ganache and fresh raspberries for the filling, covered in ganache then lined with chocolate dipped Pirouline hazelnut cookie sticks, topped with 3# of dipped strawberries with 2 dozen oreo truffles. I always wanted to make one of these cakes since I just love the ones on CC like it.
