Thanks to Endymion for directing me to the sailboat candy mold! This one made me nervous -- the client "art directed" me to specification more than anyone has before (usually I just get a theme and do whatever I want), and she didn't want me to use fondant for decorations unless I absolutely had to. I managed to only do gumpaste ducks and that was it! Boat is made from chocolate and the rest is all buttercream. She was very happy with it! (Also, Ruff is their last name so that was a joke for the boat.)
