This is 11X 15 vanilla cake with BC frosting. The cowboy hat is sculpted from 2 4" (tuna cans) pans and covered with rolled fondant. The bandana is also rolled fondant and pattern detail with food color markers.

Just used the smooth tip and did in a "rope" pattern. I'm also left-handed so my border goes in the opposite direction.

Not my idea--got it from someone else on this or another website. It's a nice size for doing individual taco cakes.
