Curious George

Curious George on Cake Central

Here is a cake I made for my nephew he just loves this monkey. I don't think he looks like curious george but he sure looks like a monkey.

Fabulous. It's funny because just this weekend I was asked if in the summer I could make a curious George cake. I said I would, but I didn't even know where to start. Now I got an idea. Could you please e-mail me your instructions

Hi CSN thank you for your kind words. As to how I made it I used the wilton wonder mold pan, 8 in round, and 3-d egg cake pan. I stacked the wonder mold cake on top of the 8 inch and trimmed it to fit the 8 in cake. For his head I lightly greased the egg pan and pressed rk treat into it and left it over night to harden once I unmolded it I carved it to resemble the head of a monkey.I put a dowel rod straight through him to keep the head on then I covered it all with the grass tip, the eyes, hand and feet...
