I made this cake for a child's first birthday. It's my second decorated cake, so I'm still learning. The cake is iced in buttercream. The grass is buttercream. The volcano, rocks, and dinosaur are marshmallow fondant. The lava is piping gel. The trees are pretzel and royal icing.
