I MADE THIS AT WILTON LAST WEEKEND AT PAM VIEAU'S CHOCOLATE INSPERATIONS 1 CLASS.
I THOUGHT IS WAS COOL AND WANTED TO SHARE.

The mold that we used was the instructor's. I do not believe wilton makes a mold like this. The dotting was done first using tempered white chocolate in a parchment bag.
I have checked the website candyland and sugarcraft...these are NOT the mold. They are for solid chocolate shoes and the sugarcraft ones are REALLY small.
the mold was made for the intructor using a real shoe that was sent to a molding company. They left and right side of the mold have open tops to pour the chocolate into to coat the edges.
