This one was interesting. I enjoyed making this cake. She wanted chocolate whipped icing on chocolate cake, so I used the Hershey's cake recipe for the cake. Then I used the Wilton stabilized whipped icing flavored with white chocolate chips. The water was blue jello tipped with whipped cream for the waves & light brown sugar for the sand. The only problem was that the brown sugar soaked up the moisture from the icing & turned into -mud- :) Get to practice that one again :)
