I thank all of you for the comments. I think reading the comments has convinced me to open up a shop.I made this cake for my husbands friend's 50th b-day. They are both avid hunters so it had to look as realistic as possible. I searched the web and couldnt find anything that did not look cartoonish so I requested instructions from all of the decorators who posted pics of their deer cakes.
