This was my first wedding....cake for 400! (A labor of love for my brother-in-law) This four tiered wedding cake was iced in italian meringue buttercream with "snow-white" icing snowflakes. The bottom layer is square (chocolate with buttercream filling) Then a round layer (white cake with strawberry fruit filling). The top two layers were hexagon and round (carrot with cream cheese filling) I also did 2 dozen cupcakes for the kids, a sheet cake and a grooms cake.
